Informational reviews
QuoteSure analyzes information in contractor estimates and related documents to help you understand scope, missing detail, and questions to clarify. A report is informational only. It is not a contractor bid, appraisal, inspection, engineering opinion, legal advice, financial advice, or a guarantee of quality, contractor performance, permit approval, or final project cost.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the documents you submit, the decisions you make, and confirming material scope, pricing, licensing, insurance, permits, warranties, and contract terms directly with your contractor and qualified professionals. Do not rely on QuoteSure as the only basis for a home-project decision.
Pricing context
QuoteSure does not create local price ranges from model knowledge, generic web information, or unsupported assumptions. Any displayed price context is limited to qualifying evidence and discloses its confidence, geography, sample count, recency, scope match, evidence type, and exclusions. If the evidence is insufficient, no price range is shown.
Accounts, documents, and payments
Keep your account credentials secure and submit only information you are authorized to provide. Any available purchase is processed using platform-hosted payment processing. Account and document handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes and contact
QuoteSure may update the service and these product terms as the product evolves. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service.
