Documents and personal information
A quote, invoice, contract, or related document may contain names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, account numbers, signatures, and contractor details. Please provide only documents you are authorized to share.
AI processing
QuoteSure may use automated and AI-assisted processing to organize document text, explain scope, identify unclear or missing information, and prepare questions. Results are informational and may be incomplete; you should verify important details with your contractor and appropriate professionals.
Storage and deletion
We store account and document information only as needed to provide the service, maintain your saved results, meet operational needs, or resolve support issues. You may request deletion of your account and associated documents by contacting us through the support channel available in your account. We may retain limited information where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, recordkeeping, or legal obligations.
Payments and sharing
Payments, when offered, are processed through a platform-hosted checkout rather than a QuoteSure payment form. If you create a shareable summary, QuoteSure is designed to exclude homeowner and contractor identifiers, contact details, account numbers, signatures, and other sensitive details by default.
